Hello everyone, first and foremost I wanted to say thanks for stopping by and checking this blog out. I am an ex-chef of 4 years, now devoting my spare time to writing new and exciting recipes which aren't just pleasing on the eye, but on the palate most importantly too. My passion also comes from dining out, of which I hate to admit, do on quite a regular basis and of which my first blog will be based on of my experiences at the 2 AA Rosette- The Wife of Bath, in Wye, Kent.
